Environmental Graphics

Environmental Graphics

Environmental graphics can be both practical and decorative. They are used in a number of ways – to help with orientation, communicate information, create interest and support branding. They can be vinyl decals, wallpapers or stencils painted directly on to a surface, such as those we fabricated for dn&co’s studio.

Showrooms

Showrooms

We design, build, print and install showrooms, marketing suites and retail spaces. Depending on the project’s particular requirements, it can include bespoke furniture and sculptural structures, 3D models, large format printing and light boxes. Projects illustrated here were for dn&co and The Crown Estate.

Hoardings

Hoardings

Hoardings have many functions. They hide what’s going on behind, keep the area safe for pedestrians and make the site more secure. They also provide a highly visible space for marketing, often in prime locations, for clients including Land Securities and The Crown Estate. Our work involves printing and applying the graphic panels to hoardings and may include 3D forms or backlit sections.

Light Boxes

Light Boxes

Backlighting a photograph adds vibrancy and brings imagery to
life – especially at night. From vivid sports photography to advertising displays, our expertise in transparency print production ensures projects stand out from the crowd.

Manifestations

Manifestations

Building regulations require that all glass partitions have manifestations, usually applied as a series of dots or dashes. Beyond this, they can quickly and economically transform featureless environments, used to brand and decorate meeting rooms, sales and retail spaces and reception areas.

Display Stands

Display Stands

Easy to set up, display stands are usually used for smaller interior exhibitions and marketing. They can be designed and made to many requirements and from a range of materials, including steel, plastic and wood. Portable, stackable or tessellating, they are generally made in multiples and assembled by the end user. Included in the brief for Creative Partnerships was a requirement to design 26 display stands that could be transported from school to school, fill an assembly hall, but easily dismantle, stack and fit into a car.

Signage

Signage

Signage tends to be the final detail that completes a building or project. Our signage projects are often three dimensional and incorporate lighting - complex designs requiring clever solutions. For Moorgate Exchange the signage included 350 custom made LED pegs arranged in a dot matrix, a design that was a nod to the building’s previous life as a telephone exchange.

Window Installations

Window installations

Window installations are used to attract attention, create interest, or advertise, such as the images we produced and installed for Getty Images in London. They can be one-way vision perforated vinyl, translucent vinyls and decals or pieces of artwork, such as the 3D ribbon display we created for The Crown Estate. They can also be used to obscure an interior, often to introduce a level of privacy to a work environment.
